Cottonwood Seeds

Looks like a brilliant blue sky above the corner of our house - doesn't it?

Can you see it all?  I wish my camera could capture it as well as we see it.

Apparently there are a number of Cottonwood trees in our neighborhood.  Sometimes the flying, fluffy, white seeds are coming down so plentifully that it looks like it's snowing!  I have never seen the air so thick with Cottonwood seeds before.  I wonder if it's the drier spring we've had?  Or the warmer temps that came so early?

On the spiritual side, as I stood in our yard and looked up, I felt for a moment like I was inside of a snow globe.  Then a Spiritual whisper came to me.  In awe, I couldn't help but wonder what our world would be like if we, the vast numbers of God's people, would in unity, descend upon our communities to plant seeds of Love and spread the message of the Gospel to every nook and cranny and highway and byway?  What if we dropped all of our personal and denominational barriers and truly asked the Holy Spirit to pick us up and carry us where His Wind will - and allow us to land in fertile soil - that we might make a true spiritual and practical difference in the lives and eternity of others?

I want to make that difference! I wanna be a God seed!  Do you?
